Weekend Workouts 1/6 & 7 2:30PM Sunrise Park

CrossFitSpaceCoast will be at Sunrise Park for this weekends CrossFit Weekend Workouts. Park workouts are always free and we encourage first timers to join us . Each exercise is scaled to your individual fitness level and workouts are never over 30 minutes. Join us this weekend and we will do a combo Running, Bodyweight Exercise, and Weight Training. Short, sweet, and you're outta there. 20 - 30 minutes is all you want. Again, Park Workouts are always free. Join us for fitness this weekend.

"Sunrise Park Challenge II": using the park exercise equipment,
do three rounds of 20 each of:
Pushups,
Chinups,
Situps,
Dips.
Use the lower chinup bar if(when) you resort to jumping chinups. Record your time in comments
