11/11 & 12 - Sunrise Park - Work on fundamentals

WORKOUT.
This is a good weekend to do CrossFit WOD on your own, or do the "Sunrise Park Challange": using the park exercise equipment, do three rounds of 25 each of Pushups, Chinups, Situps, and Dips. Use the lower chinup bar if(when) you resort to jumping chinups. Record your time in comments.
I'll be back the following weekend with some new techniques from our friends in Atlanta. Be Strong!
