Weekend Workout Sunrise Park, 2:30 PM, 12/30 & 12/31

This weekend we will be doing "Modified Helen"...3 rounds for time of: 220 meter run, 21 Kettlebell swings and 12 pull-ups. We will begin with a short warm-up and a few technique examples. Come out for this pre-New Years workout, get a in a great workout, and get a good start on your fitness training for 2007.
Our park workouts are always free and open to everyone.

"Sunrise Park Challenge II": using the park exercise equipment,
do three rounds of 20 each of:
Pushups,
Chinups,
Situps,
Dips.
Use the lower chinup bar if(when) you resort to jumping chinups. Record your time in comments
