We will continue the Weekend Workouts at Sunrise Park, Indialantic, FL. Sat and Sun. at 2:30 PM. Join us. Park workouts are always free. We will scale a 20 - 30 min workout that will meet your goals. Bring a friend. Great fun!!

Rest precisely 90 secs. between each round. Post time for each of five rounds to comments.
Lost track of each round...
ET, approx 30 min.
Only half of authentic CrossFit WOD and it was still tuff, total 350 reps.
