Weeknd Workout Sun. Oct 1st




I have a scheduling conflict and we will use Saturday for a rest day.
We will continue the Weekend Workouts at Sunrise Park, Indialantic, FL. Sun. at 3:30 PM. This weekend we will do a combo Running, Bodyweight Exercise, and Weight Training, short, sweet, and you're outta there. 20 - 30 minutes is all you want. Workouts are always scaled to the participant's fitness level and personal goals. Workouts are always free. Join us for fitness this weekend.
