Weekend Workout April 8th, Gleason Park

Do to a schedule conflict we will not meet on Saturday this weekend. Go to http://crossfit.com/ and checkout the Workout of the Day. Scale it to your fitness level and grab-it 'n growl. We will meet back on Sunday at 1:30pm at Gleason Park, see the directions above. We will do CrossFit Warmup and a 20 min Push/Pull type workout. Join us, weekend workouts are always free and we will scale it to your individual fitness level.

We did the CrossFit "Cindy"
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
14 rounds in 20 min.
the first six rounds of pullups were dead hang , after that, jumping...
the other as rx'ed.
