Weekend Workout 7/22,7/23 - 3:30pm Sunrise Park


PUSHUPS: WE CAN MAKE 'EM EASY AND WE CAN MAKE 'EM HARD. JOIN US THIS WEEKEND AND WE WILL SCALE A PUSH, PULL, AND RUN STYLE WORKOUT TO MEET YOUR INDIVIDUAL FITNESS LEVEL.
GREAT FUN!
WORKOUTS ARE ALWAYS FREE. WE WILL MEET AT 3:30 PM AT SUNRISE PARK ,700 BLOCK OF MARIMAR AVE. , INDIALANTIC BEACH,FL. (THAT'S A1A BEACHSIDE JUST SOUTH OF FLEX FITNESS.)

all DH pullups
worked on snatches and overhead squats before "Cindy". Wallball and Bar Dips after.
