SATURDAY'S RESULTS: 50 PULLUPS, 100 PUSHUPS, 100 SITUPS, 100 SQUATS.
We worked through this in 26:07, while Gators beat Kentucky in football and South Africa was winning the Rugby World Cup vs. England. Join us on Sunday at 5:00PM for a great workout at the park. Remember park workouts are always free and we will scale the load to your specific level of fitness. Get Strong!!

SUNDAY'S RESULTS:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 - deadlifts and pushpresses, that is 55 reps of each. Great workout.

RUGBY WORLD CUP RESULTS, IN SEMI FINALS - ENGLAND DEFEATED THE FRENCH FRYS, AND SOUTH AFRICA SPRINGBOKS BEAT ARGENTINA'S PUMAS.





So, IT'S ENGLAND VS. SOUTH AFRICA FOR THE WM. WEBB ELLIS CUP.
