. Park workouts are always free and we encourage first timers to join us . Each exercise is scaled to your individual fitness level and workouts are never over 30 minutes. Join us this weekend and we will do a combo Running, Bodyweight Exercise, and Weight Training, short, sweet, and you're outta there. 20 - 30 minutes is all you want.
